On behalf of your Community, we are excited to bring you a new look and enhanced site for your Owners' Association. Our hope is that this community website serves as an effective information resource for your community and as a useful tool for tracking your communications with us. Once you are logged in, you will be able to make payments, set up an auto-draft, submit any questions and requests you may have, and view your documents and community calendar 24 hours a day!

Logging In:

If your password is not recognized:Please click the “Forgot your login?” link underneath the Password field towards the bottom of this page. This will generate a new password if you have already registered.

If you do not have a login:Please click the “Sign Up” link on the bottom of this page. This will take you to the Registration page. Then, fill out the fields that include Email, Name, Phone, Account, Password, Confirm Password, and Registration Key.

If you are a New Owner – Portal Access: Portal access can be provided once ownership has been verified and your account has been established in our system. To update our records for your property, please email propertyresale@cmgt.org with proof of ownership transfer (such as a Deed, Act of Sale, or Transfer document), the legal description of the property, a copy of your closing disclosure showing any HOA settlement amounts, and the legal owner name(s), phone number, email address, and mailing address.
